Why fleets choose Luna Labs

A fleet that looks like one fleet — and stays that way.

When you wrap 5, 20, or 200 vehicles, consistency is the whole game. Color-matched across every truck. Same install spec. Same warranty. Same shop.

01

Fleet-wide color consistency

ICC-profiled, color-managed printing means vehicle #50 is an exact match to #1. Add trucks months later and they still blend in seamlessly.

02

Minimal downtime per vehicle

Sequenced installs and pre-printed panels keep your fleet on the road. 3–5 days per vehicle from drop-off to keys-back, scheduled around your routes.

03

Cast-film, never calendared

3M IJ180, Avery MPI 1105, Oracal 970RA. Cast film lasts 5–7 years; cheap calendared peels in 12–18 months. There's no in-between for a fleet.

04

Workmanship warranty in writing

Edge-sealed corners, post-heat cure, panel-by-panel inspection. If a panel fails in year one from our install, we re-do it. The warranty leaves with the keys.

Workmanship standard

Built for fleet life.

Every truck in your fleet leaves our shop with the same install spec. Same materials, same technique, same warranty.

  • Cast-film vinyl (3M / Avery / Oracal)
  • Edge-sealed corners on every panel
  • Post-heat cured at 200°F
  • Written workmanship warranty

Frequently asked

Questions fleet managers ask first.

How long does a fleet wrap last?

With cast-film vinyl and edge-sealed laminate, expect 5–7 years on most surfaces — longer for garaged trucks. Materials are warrantied up to 10 years.

How many trucks can you wrap at once?

We typically run 3–5 vehicles in a sequenced rotation so your fleet stays on the road. For large rollouts (20+) we plan staggered schedules with your route manager.

Will the wrap damage paint?

No — installed properly on factory paint in good condition, vinyl actually protects the paint underneath. We don't wrap repainted, oxidized, or damaged panels without disclosure first.

What does it cost per vehicle?

Partial wraps start around $1,500. Full commercial wraps on a standard service truck average $4,000–$5,500 depending on vehicle size, coverage, and finish. Multi-vehicle discounts kick in at 5+ trucks.

Can I add trucks to the fleet later?

That's our specialty. We archive color profiles and design files per fleet, so a new truck six months later matches the originals down to the pixel.

What about when we sell or retire a truck?

Cast-film wraps come off cleanly with controlled heat. Wrap removal is typically a half-day per vehicle — and the paint underneath stays mint.

Can you handle EV fleet wraps?

Yes. Ford E-Transit, Mercedes eSprinter, Rivian commercial, Chevy BrightDrop — same install process, same warranty, same workmanship.
