FAQ / 07

Answers
before you start.

Clear expectations from the first visual through final pickup.

01What warranty comes with my wrap?

Qualifying premium cast films carry manufacturer material warranties of up to 10 years, depending on the selected film, surface, and application. A 30-day post-install touch-up is also included, and exact coverage is documented at handoff.

02Who is my point of contact?

One Luna project lead guides the project and coordinates design, production, and installation.

03When is the installation date confirmed?

Dates are proposed early and confirmed after the vehicle, approved artwork, materials, and production readiness align.

04What happens when I request changes?

Feedback stays tied to the exact proof version. The designer uploads a revision and you approve the new version before production.

05How quickly can we get started?

Most projects begin with a vehicle, coverage choice, logo, and target date. WrapLab can turn those basics into an immediate visual and price-range starting point.

06Is the first concept production artwork?

No. It is a fast visual direction. A Luna designer verifies the vehicle, refines the design, and creates the exact proof you approve before production.

07Can installation work around our schedule?

Yes. We plan drop-off, installation, and pickup around operating hours and sequence fleet vehicles so your business can keep moving.
